Days / Evening Shifts Description:
Review medication orders issue! d by physician or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed, assuring that all orders are filled and labeled (including secondary labels) properly.
Review patient drug regime for potential interactions, interferences or incompatibilities and notify physician or staff nurse as appropriate. Requirements:
Qualifications B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
California state Pharmacist License
Prior hospital experience Required
