Our Senior Order-to-Cash Representative is passionate about handling customer inquiries, supervises the Order-to-Cash team operationally for assigned customers, and supports the Customer Service team for day-to-day activity. Senior Order-to-Cash Representative is the first escalation point for internal stakeholders and represents the Order-to-Cash team in various projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process orders and invoices in the ERP system & customer portal to ensure daily operational business is managed correctly and effectively according to Customer Service rules and procedures. Monitor credit hold issues and resolve billing discrepancies. Communicates feasible fulfillment schedules. Confirm or cancel orders in case of product shortages.
  • Ensuring Trade Compliance (knowledge) up to date also within the Order-to-Cash team. Support the Customer Service quality and statutory audits.
  • Supervise the Order-to-Cash team operationally and in the absence of the Order-to-Cash Lead. In charge of training and onboarding new Order-to-Cash team members. In charge of coaching and developing the Order-to-Cash team on day-to-day operations and providing input on performance reviews.
  • Responsible for implementing and embedding of new initiatives and processes within the Order-to-Cash team.
  • Proactively liaise with internal contacts/clients/logistical service providers to tailor services and deliverables by the business guidelines. Work with the supply planning team to confirm product availability and actively engage with customers to shape orders in line with feasibility.
  • Responsible for the Supply Chain team's master data maintenance in JDE (customer, item, price, order). Support with report generation and analysis for the assigned market(s) / account(s).
  • Initiate, manage, support, and execute Order-to-Cash-related improvement projects and support the other members of the Order-to-Cash team in their day-to-day operational issues/queries. Represents Order-to-Cash management function in projects, Order-to-Cash related initiatives, and towards the various business key stakeholders. Acts as the single point of contact for internal and external key stakeholders to represent the Order-to-Cash Management function.
  • Responsible for Customer Service and customer satisfaction for assigned customers. Define and implement CAPA’s to improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Solve customer complaints and follow up on customer feedback. Actively engage with customers to capture market developments and customer needs.
  • Senior Order-to-Cash Representatives can be assigned a specific task related to their position for which he/she will be responsible.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Higher vocational /professional education (Bachelor's Degree)
  • 4-7 years experience in an OTC role, ideally in a B2B environment (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, e-tailers).
  • Good knowledge of Excel (Microsoft Office) and a good understanding of an ERP system (JD Edwards is a definite advantage).
  • Experience/knowledge of export and incoterms, payment methods, and documentary credits, such as letters of credit and cash against documents.
  • An eye for detail and is comprehensive with good analytical skills
  • Strong culture-sensitive communication skills and a professional approach to customers.
  • Knowledge of order fulfillment / administrative process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing international business environment (EMEA)
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken, and a preference would be French or Russian skills.
