We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager for iGaming company: online casino, B2C, 9 white label brands, 7 years on the market, Europe geos.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing in gambling products on Europe markets (Tier 1)
  • Experience in cooperation with webmasters/advertisers/affiliate programs
  • Ability to work with statistics and conduct superficial traffic analysis
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing, and understanding of the different traffic sources types
  • Knowledge of the different performance-based pricing models (CPA/CPL/Revenue Share)
  • Ability to consider the effectiveness of the actions (KPI)
  • Ability to analyze, and identify effective traffic funnels
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective negotiation skills; analytical skills, stress resistance
  • Sales mind, quick at learning highly driven and motivated
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify potential affiliates & reactivate old ones
  • Perform various marketing activities to promote partner programs (on social media, forums, etc)
  • Participate in affiliate marketing online/offline events
  • Participate in developing affiliate program strategy and defining KPI’s
  • Monitor competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
  • Keep affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements
  • Identify new active partners, potential opportunities for co-marketing, case studies, etc
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to fulfill affiliate program needs: developers, UX designers, graphic designers, software testers, content specialists
