Responsibilities:
- Pharmacy Technician performs technical tasks in the preparation and dispensing of pharmaceuticals within the pharmacy under the general supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Tasks performed by the Pharmacy Technician:
- Responsible for ensuring prescriptions are filled accurately and in a timely manner < br>
- Packaging & labeling medication orders in a variety of packaging types
- Working with automation within the pharmacy
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Registered Pharmacy Technician with the state of Maine or willing to obtain
Pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills
Ability to problem solve, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, working to deadlines
Must be able to go above and beyond for team and our customers we service
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D required
Must be able to pass background check & drug test required
Flexible schedule required â€" Full-Time position (36 hours/week) position to start.
Ability to work assigned shift, punctual, and on-time.
