Description: Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems is presently looking of Clinical Pharmacist - Generalist right now, this position will be ordered in Maine. Detailed specification about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Excellent communication, problem-solving and clinical skills. Trained and able to perform all aspects of medication order review, weight-based and renal dosing to incl! ude pharmacokinetic and anti-coagulation dosing. Must adhere to auto-substitution and Formulary management. Trained and displays competency in USP 797 Sterile compounding and compounding of hazardous preparation.
Training and precepting Pharmacy Students and Pharmacy Residents. Must complete all continuing education required for licensure, job performance and competency. Must be able to provide oversight to Pharmacy Technicians and perform and Lead Pharmacist when necessary. Required Education: B.S or PharmD in Pharmacy.
Experience in Hospital Pharmacy preferred. Licensure in State of Maine
