• We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent person to join our fantastic team for the role of Store Manager in Burkes Pharmacy Ranelagh.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

. Front of shop purchasing and stock control

. Merchandising and planning seasonal promotions

. To achieve sales targets as agreed in key categories

. To facilitate an expert service and advice centre for dispensary, OTC and Cosmetics Department

. To maintain the highest standard in pharmacy presentation

• . To manage and lead a team of 6 members

. To attend meeting/training sessions as required

. To carry out any other reasonable request made by Senior Management

The Ideal candidate will:

. Have strong team leadership capabilities, an organised individual with the ability to work on own initiative .

. Have experience in both dispensary and front of shop pharmacy ,

. Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through on all store issues

. Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate other team members

. Use dispensary and OTC expertise to give customers the best benefit of the products we sell

. Lead the team in giving expert advice and providing excellent care to our customers

. Provide guidance and support for new and existing employees

This will be a full-time role, normally working 40 hours per week

Job Type : Full-time

• Salary :40,000 - €45,000
