Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organized, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure that customer's demands and expectations will be met
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Increase production, Assets Capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 2 years experienced as Jr. Production Supervisor and Plant Supervision.
- Available to be deployed anytime.
