CSR - Customer Service Representative [United States]


 

Job Description

High Volume Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to join our team of superstars. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and various administrative duties. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain phone system and voicemail
  • $ads={1}

  • Handle customers needs as they arise
  • Cross sell
  • Handle heavy phone call volume
  • Assist with other administrative tasks
  • Must be very prompt and personable

This position will report to the Office Manager. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

Must be licensed with P&C

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required. Must be able to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required. Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to communicate effectively with others both internally and external to the company. This includes phone conversations as well as emailing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
