Your Tasks

  • Support for projects and quarterly financial statements as part of the support for VIG insurance companies in the use of our group-wide SAP systems (FPSL, NewGL BW, SEM-BCS,..)
  • Preparation of reports, data overviews as well as analyses within the scope of projects and group-wide quarterly financial statements

    Support for ongoing chart of accounts maintenance, taking into account the specified VIG consolidation chart of accounts
  • Support in the context of UATs (User Acceptance Tests) and related documentation of the execution
  • Cooperation with departments, Holding IT, etc.

  • This part-time position is to be filled immediately for approx. 2 years

Your Profile

  • Ongoing studies (economics, finance and accounting, computer science, or similar)
  • First relevant work experience desirable
  • IT affinity and interest in working with SAP systems
  • Organizational talent and integrative thinking
  • Analytical thinking as well as a high level of problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international work environment
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement
