We are currently seeking Pharmacist that are licensed Maine, West Virginia, New York, and Ohio, for both full and part time positions. Shift times will vary depending on the client site. Duties: Remote order entry Review and interpret all physician orders, using the patient profile. Screen all medication orders for optimal usage and intervene when appropriateInteract with medical providers regarding drug utilization, drug information and adverse event monitoringDemonstrate competency to provide care appropriate to all age populations of patients served Assist hospital staff with questions o! r concerns regarding medication ordersGive thorough, concise r! eport at change of shift.Communicate incomplete assignment, and potential patient concerns to monitor to ensure continuity of medication therapy.Requirements: A minimum of 2 years current acute-care hospital experienceCurrent pharmacy license, free of disciplinary actionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to excellence in patient careCPOE experience is preferred, but not required
