Description: The Aroostook Medical Center is hiring PHARMACIST - TAMC right now, this position will be placed in Maine. Primary responsibilities are to deliver pharmaceutical care consistent with the department's clinical role in assuring rational drug therapy; develop, evaluate, recommend and monitor patient! pharmaceutical care plan; compound and dispense prescribed medication; receive, review and interpret medication prescriptions; consult and confer with prescriber and caregiver; and document and maintain patient and department records. Qualifications: BS degree in Pharmacy and licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Maine.
