Job Description


As a PR & Influencer Marketing Coordinator your will play a vital part of our Customer Experience team at Weekday.

You overall assignment is to manage and drive influencer network for PR and affiliate tied to overall strategies for Weekday and Monki, as well as support with media and editorial contacts, events, press days and gifting. You will be part of our Digital Marketing Team consisting of Organic Social, Paid Social, SEM, Affiliate, CRM and PR.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage product placements and seeding within PR and influencer marketing as well as Affiliate partners. Follow up on influencer content and KPIs
  • Build a network with key influencers in line with overall PR & Influencer strategy and Affiliate strategy. Manage and coordinate samples for editorial requests to achieve print, digital & social media coverage in all media partner & target outlets.
  • Assist in managing and updating the media lists and contact database on a continual basis
  • Proactively work with the assortment and merch team to generate placements of products, with a focus on seasonal pushes.
  • Develop media relation skills and editorial contacts across the fashion, music and art scene. Study industry trends to help assess new opportunities.
  • Support in PR and Social Media project execution such as creative gifting, events, press days etc.

Qualifications


To thrive in this role be believe you are comfortable to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks at the same time while keeping a positive mindset. You have an organized and structured approach, able to prioritize and take full ownership of responsibilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of working experience through student jobs, internships, traineeships or comparable marketing or business roles (preferably in FMCG or B2C companies)
  • Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects & full details at the same time across stakeholders and deliver high quality on time
  • Familiarity with Rakuten, Google Analytics is a plus
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Additional Information


This is a full-time permanent position starting as soon as possible, based on-site at Weekday’s Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
