Pharmacy Technician

Location: Lewiston, Maine

Description: Comprehensive Pharmacy Services is looking of Pharmacy Technician right now, this vacancy will be placed in Maine. As a pharmacy technician at Central Maine Medical Center, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, ! delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing; and auditing patient records. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.

**This position will be primarily days and evenings with rotating weekends**

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Licensed with the ME Board of Pharmacy
• CPhT certification a plus
• Previous pharmacy technician experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Facility: T he Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery organization serving central and western Maine. CMH's aute care facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital, and Rumford Hospital. Other CMH affiliates provide various outpatient and clinical services and maintain residential care facilities. Management of th! e pharmacy is outsourced to CPS.
