Description Part Time (20 hours/week)-! Outpatient Pharmacist

**We are looking for someone to work with our team part time during the week and be involved in the Saturday rotation. The ideal candidate would also be available to cover other shifts during the week to cover vacations**
Facility: The pharmacy hours are Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
Description: Oversee fill orders and dispense medications/prescriptions prescribed by an authorized prescriber and resolve medication-related problems to ensure a safe and optimal patient and customer outcome. Maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; counseling patients on their prescriptions. You will promote, through criteria based protocols, clinically rational drug therapy and sound pharmaceutical care. Update the Pharmacy Manager about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid ! the Manager in maintaining the pharmacy. You will also maintai! n communication with a broad healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy
- ME Pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience as a Pharmacist in a clinic or outpatient setting; prior retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of MTM, immunizations and 340b preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
