For complete informations about this career opportunity kindly see the descriptions. RPh On The Go is looking for a Home Infusion Pharmacist for a full time contract job in the Portland, ME area. This is a full time position for the next several months. ! Pharmacist duties include: providing clinical consultations and information regarding services, pharmaceuticals and patients to physicians and other health care professionals. The Home Infusion Pharmacist will compound and dispense medication according to physician orders, monitoring drug therapy for appropriateness of drug, dose, route and duration of therapy, and screening for drug interactions and compatibilities. Previous Home Infusion or hospital in-patient experience required. PGY-1 residency experience preferred, but not required. Must have strong communication and computer skills.
