Description: Central Maine Medical Center is at the momment seeking for RH - Oncology Staff Nurse right now, this position will be reside in Maine. The Oncology Staff Nurse is responsible for the planning, coordination, facilitation, and implementation of patient care to patients in the Oncology Specialty Clinic. He/! she is responsible for all nursing care rendered in this setting. The Oncology Staff Nurse will work collaboratively with the Oncologist, Pharmacist, and Specialty Clinic Staff, while performing duties as outlined below. Qualifications: • Graduate of accredited school of nursing and licensed as a registered professional nurse by the Maine State Board of Nursing.
One year of recent acute care experience is required. Experience in oncology nursing is preferred. Chemotherapy certification is required. Experience with vascular access system (e.g.: port a cath, groshong, etc.) required.
Outstanding customer service skills required.
