Key requirements are Home Infusion or Inpatient Hospital experience. Experience in management will be a plus. This job is for a da! y shift, 8:30 to 5, Monday through Friday.
You should be proficient at making IV’s with antibiotics and monitoring the patients on an ongoing basis. An active Connecticut pharmacy license with no current or past restrictions is also required.
