We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position Below;

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Port, Harcourt Rivers State

Salary: 500,000

Employment Type: Full-time

Duties / Responsibilities

Forecast hiring needs of the organization

Manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process

Strategically plan the Human Resource Management process of the organization

Administering and designing training programs.

Coordinate and manage employee performance management process

Policy, procedures and SOP creation

Ensure employee’s compliance with the company policies, procedures and SOP

Manage and report employee turnover rate

Ensure employee retention

Manage employee grievance and disciplinary procedures

Strategically manage employee and employer relationship in the business

Management of employee compensation and benefits package

Manage employee records and payroll data

Requirements / Skill

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.

7 - 10 years of working experience as a HR Manager in Marine sector or Oil and gas Industry.

A member of CIPM,PHRI,SHRM,CIPD certification will be an added advantage

Proficiency in MS packages (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is mandatory.

Good understanding of Nigeria Labour Laws.

Good creative and innovative skills.

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Attention to detail is very critical for this role

Ability to manage time efficiently.

Ability to work in a critical environment.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal relationship skills

Salary: From ₦500,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Port Harcourt: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
