Sr. Coordinator - Product Marketing - South Korea [South Korea]


 

Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)

  • Responsible for new product/promotion launch and related tool development by supporting Supervisor
  • In charge of product package creation and renewal by supporting Supervisor
  • Responsible for product-based project implementation by supporting Supervisor
  • Responsible for communication with APAC and HO counter partners by supporting Supervisor
  • Responsible for conducting tasks on Agile - New Product Development process application by supporting Supervisor
  • In charge of sensory test by supporting Supervisor
  • In charge of vendor control by supporting Supervisor
  • In charge of communication with Members for product sales tool development by supporting Supervisor
  • In charge of product literature development and update
  • In charge of product training


DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Responsible for supporting of product marketing such as new product launch, product promotion, product management and etc.
  • Market research to identify consumers’ needs and market trend, competitors and industries etc
  • Support introduction of new products and set a launch plan and activities
  • Product related material development and post-launch sales follow up
  • Product sales monitor and conduct promotion when it’s needed
  • Prepare product reports and presentations
  • Assist to conduct sensory test and consumer survey and analysis the result whenever it would be necessary
  • Support to conduct product trainings
  • Good communication with outside vendors, members and APAC region and the HO
  • Prepare product marketing related report and presentations in English and Korean both.
  • Develop product training contents to conduct the training


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • No subordinates to supervise


ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Work and communicate closely with related departments such as Sales, GRA, Member Service and Logistics to develop and plan new products and promotion launch etc.
  • Interact with internal APAC and HO counter partners and also external parties when necessary such as media, government officials, consultants, and the other agencies.
  • Especially, good relationship and communication with members are needed.
Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills

  • Marketing mindset, Marketer thinking frame instead of operational way of thinking
  • Like creative activity
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Korea.
  • Good presentation skills for the audience group (Product Briefing / Promotion PT)


Experience:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and the Internet
  • At least 2 years of experience in product marketing of health care/food/pharmaceutical companies
  • Preferred knowledge of nutritional products


Education:

  • 4 years university graduate
  • Majored Food, Biological, Microbiological Science, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition industry
