What you'll be doing:
Employment contract for 6 months (with the possibility to extend)
Order Management System Specialist holds the end-to-end responsibility for the Campaign Setup (invoicing system accuracy) process in regions consisting of 10 markets.
Key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Cooperates closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT departments to translate business requirements into Order Management System parameters in terms of product prices, offers, and incentives but also ad hoc and recovery actions
- Supports local testers for the campaign check process and provides testing settings for company projects
- Perform testing on system enhancements
We'd love you to have:
- English - good level in verbal and written communication
- College or university degree preferred
- Work in a logical, analytical, systematic manner with attention to quality
- MS Office and communication tools
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Able to work in a matrix organization, communicate effectively and with empathy for other languages and cultures
- Will work across peer groups but also in more senior environments to escalate and resolve issues
- Good problem handling and solving. Thinking in business and system terms.
- Comfortable working in both high levels of detail and complexity
