The Junior Brand Manager role is critical for the success of our model as the owner of translating insight into strategy, setting strategic actions, putting plans into action, and monitoring performance to secure sustainable growth.
Background & Main Job Purpose
Junior Brand Manager for Unilever Food Solutions is responsible for developing & implementing a Multi-Country Organisation growth strategy via Insight-based Integrated Business Process (IBP). You will be working with cross-functional teams to drive growth via portfolio and brand management plans through exceptional Customer experience.
Main Accountabilities
- Owns portfolio positioning, sustainable growth strategy, and strategy into action.
- Business ownership, with a strong drive to deliver results.
- Monitors categories’ performance.
- Delivers plans On Time In Full.
- Creates Purpose-led brand content for Innovations & top 10’s.
- Crafts Brand Led content for Brand Experience Toolkit (BET), including all relevant assets for key touchpoints (including website/Product Experience pages).
- Creates Selling Stories, Killer Demos and Sampling.
- Align with stakeholders at a local and European level.

Background Requirements
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Finance.
- 3-5 years experience in similar functions.
- Proven track record in Marketing, preferably in Brand & Portfolio management.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- MS Office, Digital & Social Media Tools.
- Foodservice background is considered a strong plus.
- Passion for Food and the OOH industry.
