As a KOL Specialist in Mama's Choice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to engage with KOL and influencers in the mom and baby industry. Your primary focus will be managing our affiliate program to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and increase conversion.
Responsibilities :
- Create a strategic and creative content brief for KOL
- Identify potential KOL based on engagement and relevance with our brand values
- Negotiate beneficial agreements with KOL, including exclusive offers
- Responsible for end-to-end campaign flow; from acquiring to executing and reporting stage
- Monitor and analyze performance for affiliate program and create regular reports
- Preparing administrative documents for KOL (agreement, payment, etc.)
- Maintain good relationships with existing KOL/influencers
- Keep up with current social media trends (especially in Tiktok, Instragram, Youtube)

Requirements :
- Fresh graduates or about-to-graduate students in related fields
- Have great interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent in English for both oral and written skills
- Familiar with social media metrics tools and creating a data-driven report
- Put attention to detail and have strong analytical thinking
- Willing to work in a fast-paced industry
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interested in the mom and baby sector, having experience in partnership or affiliate programs will be a plus
