Job Summary
We are looking for an IT specialist to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed. As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to employees and clients.
- Supporting the IT infasctructure and providing backend support.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware.
- Maintaining and upgrading networks and servers.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure seamless operation of IT systems.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years work experience as an IT specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Customer management and exceptional leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Knowledge of network protocols and security standards.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
