Position Summary:

As the Document Scanner your primary responsibility is to aid in office tasks. The positions objective is to scan documentation into our system for retention.

Job Duties:

  • Manually scanning high volume of paper on internal system.
  • Attach records to appropriate accounts.
  • Analyze scanned documents for accuracy.
  • Review work for errors.
  • Perform Clerical functions as required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.

  • Ability to multitask.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Data entry Skills.
