Cyber Security Analyst (IAM) [Czech Republic]

Here in the Global Information Security team, we work to protect the platforms that support investment solutions for over 20 million people. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Identity and Access Management Analyst reporting to the Identity and Access Management Lead. You will have good experience in the development and management of Identity and Access Management processes and systems for medium/large organisations. Your role will be to deploy and manage identity security solutions covering IAM/IGA/PAM and key/secrets management. You will also have knowledge of monitoring the coverage and effectiveness of identity security tools, as well as automating day to day procedures.
Specific Role Responsibilities :
  • Support the implementation of identity and access management strategies that support FNZ’s organisational mission.
  • Design, deploy and manage identity security tooling and processes across the FNZ group.
  • Support the Identity and Access Management lead in the management of third party partners and outsourced IAM/PAM service providers
  • Translate regulatory and client requirements into technical security controls
Primary requirements
  • Experience in administering or managing IAM/IGA tooling and processes, with knowledge of systems such as Sailpoint or Savyint.
  • Experience in administering PAM tooling, both on-premise and in public cloud, with knowledge of tooling such as CyberArk, Thycotic and Microsoft Azure AD PIM.
  • Good ability to communicate concepts to business stakeholders
Secondary requirements
  • Experience of engineering in large scale environments, specifically managing multiple stakeholders and change in complex technology stacks.
  • Experience of working in regulated industries
  • Experience of mapping identity requirements to frameworks (NIST, SCF, ISO)
