Competency : • Degree or diploma in logistic and warehousing or business administration or equivalent. • Minimum 1 years experience in logistic, warehousing of particle board, mdf,osb, plywood, laminates or 1 years experience in logistic, warehousing of related products in wooden manufacturing. • Independent, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels of business. • Possess excellent planning, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Able to work under pressure , highly result oriented , confident & independent Responsibilities for export assistant • Assisting sales in providing customer quotation • Shipping handling/planning • Produce/pass invoices • Maintain quality standards for operational export procedures and improve them where necessary • Work towards meeting custom demands • Data quantity and integration • Assist team members with tracking and updates of current projects and communications • Coordinate with overseas operational team and sales offices to ensure timely deliveries • Follow up on customers’ complaints and feedback
