Spotless Facility Services (NZ) Limited is a full-time experienced Administrator, based in Wiri, Auckland to join our team delivering great outcomes to Kᾱinga Ora.

This is a fast-paced wide-ranging role that would suit an experienced candidate with a proactive attitude, who can learn new processes quickly, is adaptable and passionate about what they do.

Your ability to work well within a team to meet strict KPI deadlines is essential as is a sense of humour.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Liaising with Works Supervisors to ensure scopes are received within KPI timeframe.
Inputting of all scopes & data into WMS operating system to meet KPI timeframes
Processing of Inbound and outbound correspondence in a timely manner
Subcontractor Administration
Assist other team members when and where required
Other duties as requested by Team Leader or Manager

Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritising to ensure key tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
High degree of maturity and the ability to work unsupervised
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data entry speed
Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
