Soliant Health is conducting a search for a new Interim Director of Pharmacy for a 50-bed hospital in Bangor, Maine. The position will be a Staffing Director position that involves acting as Pharmacist in Charge as well as staffing the pharmacy. The Director will be working with one technician that performs order entry, IV admixture, and limited compounding. The schedule will be 40 hours/wee! k, 6:30am to 3pm and there will be NO weekends. On-call will n! eed to be taken Monday-Thursday nights.
An ideal candidate will have active/clear Maine licensure, inpatient clinical experience, inpatient supervisory experience preferred, CPSI information system experience preferred, and full-time availability.
Start date will be early March of 2014. This is a 2-3month assignment and we are offering competitive pay and limited travel assistance.
