We are looking for a Bilingual Outbound B2B to join our team! Help leave clients with helpful and exceptional experiences.

The Profile

  • Your first language is Spanish, and you are fluent in English.
  • You are a resident in Greece (or willing to relocate to Greece before start) and have high-speed internet.
  • Understanding of key performance drivers and a strong commercial mindset.
  • You have a Tourism or hotel background and/or education preferred.
  • You are able to recognize, apply and explain products or services knowledge.
  • Computer savvy.
  • You have problem-solving skills and are a proficient communicator
  • You are available to identify new potential partners and include them effectively in our pipeline.
  • You are available for a full-time position
  • You are available to conduct the interaction over video call


Your responsibilities

  • Through an open and bookable system, support the new partners in their registration.
  • Attract new and potential accommodation partners by engaging them with our brand and promoting their registration
  • Finish onboarding with your support, providing instruction and education on tools and information.
  • Tutor the partners on using the booking.com new properties extranet and rates & availability system by phone.
  • Growth opportunities to drive and maximize brand values include new partners to make them aware of their business.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to provide a unique and professional experience.
  • Your active participation and collaboration in projects and initiatives with your global team and booking.com ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide confident communication over the phone and via email.
