Duties
- Duties include determining marketing techniques and strategies to increase efficiency, enhance participation, and community awareness of key Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs.
- Conducts Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising. Keeps track of viable annual events for which to seek commercial sponsorship. Packages events, develops solicitation packet and solicits sponsorship from local sponsors.
- Negotiates mutually beneficial sponsorship terms and executes all supporting documents. Coordinates with the installation Staff Judge Advocate to ensure that terms of sponsorship are in accordance with local regulations and policies.
- Attends events and serves as point of contact for sponsors at events. Compile and provide After Action Reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks to include a Tier 1 background investigation in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-15j.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Valid State Driver's License is required.
Qualifications
Highly desirable candidates: Bilingual Preferred (English and Korean).
