The Service Finance Task Force Analyst – will be responsible for projects to increase revenue, profitability and/or cash for Jenbacher Services business, will lead projects to simplify and automate service finance processes, will drive rigor and improve discipline around key service processes and will perform financial validation of business cases / initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Run projects assigned by Head of Service Finance and VP Controlling aimed to increase revenue, profitability and/or cash for Jenbacher Services business
- Identify opportunities which help to gain additional revenue / margin / cash for the business
- Drive rigor and improve discipline around key service processes; review adherence to internal policies
- Perform financial validation of business cases / initiatives; calculate margin, EBITDA, payback period, net present value; challenge business assumptions and data inputs received from business case owners
- Prepare project plans for key projects / business cases / initiatives that you are working on with key actions items, owners, deadlines and execution tracking
- Interview key stakeholders, draw process maps for key service processes with risks and controls; assess wing-to-wing processes and identify weaknesses / gaps
- Come up with potential solutions for gaps identified; select and drive implementation of best possible solution(s)
- Actively participate in monthly service reviews with the Services Leader, be able to explain the main tasks/projects completed, key results / benefits achieved and define the next steps if/when required
- Support integrations of recently acquired companies; support ERP implementations for newly created or acquired entities, processes roll out and setups
- Review and validate savings related to business initiatives (Value Creation Programs - VCPs)
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
- Extensive professional financial experience
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; clearly communicate complex financial information
- Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications, strong excel skills
