Job Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, flexible

Job Purpose:

The Group Financial Director will be a member of the TDE Group Executive Management Team; who will play a key role in the creation and implementation of the group strategy with global responsibilities for all TDE Group entities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, implement and monitor short term and long-term financial objectives, business plan, annual budget that align with the TDE Group plan for growth and expansion with the ultimate goal of maximizing shareholder values
  • Responsibility for all finance, accounting, investor relation, audit and tax functions of TDE Group across various subsidiaries and countries, such as:
    • Preparation of annual financial statements of subsidiaries and consolidated group financials in compliance with IFRS, statutory and regulatory requirements
    • Financial management, planning and analysis
    • Management of capital investments, working capital, ensure adequate cash flow to support business operation
    • Manage capital structure with best suit debt-equity ratio to meet company business’ goals
    • Manage banking activities, seek funding when appropriate
    • Manage third parties related to accounting and finance functions
    • Oversee employee benefit plans
    • Oversee the issuance of financial information
    • Periodical report financial results to the Executive Management
  • Manage and take charge of financial analysis for capital intensive projects
  • Participate in M&A activities, supervise M&A due diligence
  • Research for external funding opportunities
  • Identify areas of internal operation cost optimization opportunities and process enhancement, implement improvement solutions
  • Develop internal controls system and perform checks to make sure the operations of accounting and finance are done effectively and in compliance with respective rules and regulations.
  • Foster strategic relationships and partnerships with clients, vendors, banking and investors.
  • Analyze the risks involved in the financial activities and take appropriate risk mitigation actions

Educational Qualification Requirements:

  • MSc Accounting + IFRS Certified Accountant
  • Master’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business with strong Accounting experience

Skills & Professional Requirements:

  • Experience in group accounting, consolidation, audit
  • Knowledge of tax regulations
  • Experience with project financing
  • Experience in strategic leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a mid to senior level of finance and accounting managerial position
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas or related industry (drilling contractor, equipment manufacturer, oil field service or engineering company)

Base Salary:

As per the collective agreement of the Information & Consulting, an annual gross salary is € 60,000.00. Your actual offer depends on your skills and experience.
