CSR - Customer Service Representative [Canada]

Leznoff Enterprises is in need of customer service representatives for a drapery hardware wholesaler, handling all our customer concerns. We are launching a new website that requires interacting with our retail customers over the phone and or via email, with inquires and help with logins, walking them through the website, placing an order including selecting a method for shipping, and then concluding with a payment. Representatives are required to maintain a level of professionalism and knowledge. The website will service all Canadian provinces requiring the individual to be proficient in French and English equally, both verbally and written.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Provide support to retail customers. Answering their inquiries via email or by phone regarding products and services.

-Share with staff members and supervisors any concerns relating the customer’s experience and operational technical problems encountered with the website.

-Must maintain confidentiality and discretion due to data sensitivity.

Required education/ skills

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Bilingual – French and English

-Relevant customer service experience is preferable

-Must have good knowledge of excel, word, outlook

-be able to navigate the web and effectively communicate their knowledge to the customer

-Manage time effectively and meet attendant procedures.

In addition

-in person interview as well as one reference is required.

-Politeness, kindness and respect are a must.

-As this is a growing company, there is room for advancement, and a willingness to learn more to move into those positions is an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
